Hi, I’m Marisa Colón, the owner and lead esthetician of Xposed Waxing Salon! I’ve been a licensed esthetician for over 12 years, dedicating my career to perfecting the art of waxing. Before opening Xposed Waxing Salon, I worked at a large chain waxing company, where appointments were rushed, and clients often felt like just another number. I knew I wanted to create a different kind of waxing experience—one that prioritizes quality, comfort, and personalized care.
In November 2020, I finally turned that vision into reality by opening Xposed Waxing Salon. My goal is simple: to provide the highest quality waxing services in Corona, CA, with a focus on precision, hygiene, and client comfort. Every appointment is designed to be efficient yet never rushed, ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident, smooth, and well cared for.
Our Policies
New Client Policy
To ensure appointment availability and provide the best service experience, new clients are required to place a 50% deposit when booking their appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, with no refunds issued.
• Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment time or failure to show up without notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and the remaining balance of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file.
This policy helps maintain a reliable schedule and ensures that appointment slots are available for all clients.
Return Client Policy
To accommodate all clients and maintain an efficient schedule, the following cancellation policy applies to returning clients:
• Appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total service(s) booked.
• Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment time or failure to show up without notice will result in a 100% charge of the total service(s) booked.
This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows appointment availability to be managed effectively.
Late Policy
Punctuality is essential to ensure a smooth and efficient schedule. A 7-minute grace period is strictly enforced for all appointments.
• Clients must be inside the treatment room within the 7-minute grace period to proceed with their service.
• Arrivals beyond the 7-minute mark will be considered late, the appointment will be canceled, and 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.
This policy ensures that all clients receive their full service time without delays and that appointments run on schedule.
Multiple Services Policy
For clients booking multiple services, any cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
• Cancellations of one or more services with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the canceled services, in addition to the full price of the services received.
• Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment time will result in a 100% charge of the canceled services, in addition to the full price of the services received.
This policy ensures that appointment slots are used efficiently and that all clients receive fair access to available booking times.
